Sylvie Facon, a French stylist, masterfully crafts her textile compositions by exploring a wide range of themes, textures, and colors. Since beginning her journey in 2005, she has continued to captivate audiences with her extraordinary designs. In an interview with DeMilked, Facon shared, “I’m particularly drawn to certain themes: nature, the heritage of my city, and beautiful everyday objects, like books, which age so gracefully.”
Detailing her creative process, Facon explained, “When an idea comes to mind, I sketch it out and meticulously work through each step until completion. Each dress takes around 250 hours to create, with significant effort going into the underlying structure—every stage is crucial to the final piece.”
